What does it mean if an item is marked Sale?
All garments are Final Sale. Apparel marked Sale cannot be cancelled, returned for a store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. Additionally, no discount codes can be applied to apparel marked Sale unless otherwise stated. We understand purchasing Final Sale items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.
How should I choose the best size for me?
You can reference our size conversion chart and size guide by product category here. We source our garments from various high quality brands, each garment silhouette will have unique measurements. For exact measurements on a style, please reference the garment description.
When will my order ship?
Ground orders typically ship within 3-5 business days pending availability and credit verification, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 7 business days for your order to ship if we are experiencing high volume. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping. 29Eleven and Co is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.
What is your return policy?
Returns within the U.S. are accepted if postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Full-priced items, unless marked Sale, are eligible for store credit. Apparel must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place. Apparel returned in unacceptable conditions will be returned to buyer and not eligible for store credit. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. International Orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
Can discounts be combined at checkout?
Discounts, including discount codes and discounts automatically added at checkout, cannot be combined.
I returned my order, when will I receive my refund?
Once your return is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and store credit issued. Once your refund is processed, we will notify you via the email used to place your order.
What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?
We are currently unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We hope this does not happen, and we do apologize if you receive a damaged garments. Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery so we may help resolve this!
Do you offer price adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases.
