Refund policy

RETURNS

Returns within the U.S. are accepted if postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Full-priced items, unless marked Sale, are eligible for store credit. Apparel must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place. Apparel returned in unacceptable conditions will be returned to buyer and not eligible for store credit. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. International Orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

If approved for return, your store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days following receipt of the returned item. Note: you are responsible for all reshipping fees.

Garments must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.

If an unapproved garment is returned, the customer will be responsible for a 5% restocking fee.

All items Final Sale. 

Items purchased on sale or purchased via gift card are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return. No exceptions. Additionally, no discount codes can be applied to sale items. 29Eleven & Co does not offer price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to a discount promotion.

Swimwear and intimate wear are Final Sale and not eligible for return.

If you receive an item which is damaged, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

29Eleven & Co reserves the right to deny any return if the items returned does not comply with our Returns policy.

We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one via store credit.

Orders are processed pending garment availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order.

We are unable to offer price adjustments on any purchases.
